COP29 lead negotiator discusses bilateral cooperation with World Bank

The delegation and the lead negotiator of COP29, Yalchin Rafiyev, held a meeting with representatives of the World Bank and discussed bilateral cooperation in upcoming events, Report informs.
"The COP29 Presidency and the World Bank had a productive exchange on the COP29 Presidency initiatives and bilateral engagement in the upcoming events. The parties highlighted significant decisions made towards the full operationalisation of the Fund for responding to Loss and Damage at the Baku meeting of the Board of the Fund," COP29 Presidency said in a post on X.
