President of the European Council Charles Michel arrived in Azerbaijan to participate in COP29 on Monday, Report informs.
Azerbaijan's Minister of Defense Industry Vugar Mustafayev and other officials welcomed Charles Michel at the Heydar Aliyev International Airport.
