US more than quintuples hybrid cars exports to Azerbaijan 

Azerbaijan imported 2,032 hybrid cars worth $16.47 million in January-February 2022, up 95% and 3.1-fold from the previous year, Report informs, citing the State Statistical Committee.

In the reporting period, the country imported 1,874 hybrid cars worth $12.32 million, 111 cars worth $3.14 million, 12 worth $426,000 from Germany, 6 worth $127,400 from Turkiye, 13 worth $122,300 from Korea.

Compared to a year earlier, the imports of hybrid cars from Japan increased by 88% and 2.9-fold, respectively, in the first two months of 2022. These figures were respectively up 5.3-fold and 14.5-fold from the US, 2.4-fold and 74% from Germany, and 62.5% and 2.2-fold.
