SPECA chairmanship passes from Azerbaijan to Tajikistan

Chairmanship of SPECA (UN Special Program for the Economies of Central Asian Countries) has passed from Azerbaijan to Tajikistan, Report informs.
The related proposal was made at the 18th session of the SPECA Governing Council.
The proposal was accepted by the member countries. The next 19th SPECA summit will be held next year in Dushanbe, Tajikistan.
