Regulation on non-residents conducting e-commerce in Azerbaijan approved

The Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan approved the “Regulation on electronic tax registration, re-registration and de-registration of non-residents who carry out electronic trade through the Internet information resource”, as Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed the relevant decision, Report informs.
The change in the decision can be made in accordance with the “Regulation on the procedure for preparing, agreeing, accepting and publishing the drafts of normative legal acts of the executive authorities” approved by the Decree of the President of the country dated October 6, 2023.
