Prices fall in Baku's land market

Last month, prices on the land market in Baku decreased by 9.24% compared to September. Compared to the same month of 2020, the prices fell by 12.34%, Nusrat Ibrahimov, Chairman of the Azerbaijan Society of Appraisers, Director-General of the MBA consulting and appraisal company, and an expert on the real estate market, told Report.

In the construction materials market, another segment of the real estate market, prices fell by 1.56% last month. Compared to the same month of 2020, the market rose by 24.97%.

During the last month, in the construction materials market, the prices of iron and wood products decreased by 2.17% and 4.35%, respectively. Prices for stone products, roofing, cement and sand remained stable.
