Pasta production in Azerbaijan nearly triples

In January-July of 2025, Azerbaijan produced nearly 8,793 tons of pasta products, marking a 2.6-fold increase year-on-year, Report informs, citing the country’s State Statistical Committee.

By August 1, 2025, the country had 127.7 tons of pasta products in stock.

During the first seven months of the year, the value of Azerbaijan’s food production exceeded 3.013 billion manats (over $1.77 billion), marking a 10.6% increase compared to the same period last year.
