Pasta production in Azerbaijan more than doubles

In the first quarter of 2025, Azerbaijan produced over 3,704 tons of pasta products, marking a 2.3-fold increase year-on-year, Report informs, citing the country’s State Statistical Committee.

By April 1, 2025, the country had accumulated 28 tons of pasta product reserves.

Additionally, during the January-March period, Azerbaijan's food production totaled over 1.395 billion manats ($820.8 million), reflecting a 12.2% increase compared to the same period in 2024.
