PASHA Holding creates two new companies

Baku. 22 December. REPORT.AZ/ The Ministry of Taxes has registered "Grand-Agro Invitro" LLC.
Report informs citing the ministry, the new company was registered at Neftchilar Avenue 153, Nasimi district, Baku, at the same legal address with PASHA Holding LLC. Its authorized capital is 10,000 AZN and legal representative Majnun Gadir Mammadov.
Another new company, which shares the same legal address with the Group of Companies, is "Agro Supply" LLC. Its authorized capital is 100,000 AZN and legal representative Zaur Rauf Mikayilov.
The names of the new companies show that they are related to the agrarian sector.
