Over 10,000 track units transported by Azerbaijan ferry

So far, 1,073 cars, 2,596 cars, 10,178 trucks/truck units, and 11,159 passengers have been transported in 322 cruises by the Azerbaijan ferry, Report informs, citing the Azerbaijan Caspian Shipping Company (ASCO).
It has been two years since the commissioning of the first national Ro-Pax type Azerbaijani ferry built at Baku Shipyard LLC by order of ASCO. The commissioning ceremony of the ferry took place on March 1, 2021, in the presence of President Ilham Aliyev and First Vice President Mehriban Aliyeva.
According to the Significant Ship 2021 rating of the Royal Institution of Naval Architects (RINA), the Azerbaijan ferry was included in the list of the 50 best ships in the world.
