List of goods prohibited for advertising updated in Azerbaijan

The Azerbaijani Cabinet of Ministers has amended the “List of goods prohibited for advertising” approved by a resolution dated October 17, 2016, Report informs.

Prime Minister Ali Asadov has signed a relevant decree.

According to the document, the concept of “incentive lotteries and other unregistered lotteries prohibited to conduct” was replaced by the concept of “gambling, as well as sports betting and lotteries suspended, canceled or prohibited in the manner prescribed by the laws “On Physical Culture and Sports” and “On Lotteries”, and the concept of “gambling” was also abolished.
