First deputy minister: Azerbaijani entrepreneurs actively participated in COP29

Azerbaijani entrepreneurs actively participated in COP29 held in Baku, First Deputy Minister of Economy Elnur Aliyev said during the "Dayaq" (Support) award ceremony, Report informs.

According to Aliyev, the private sector contributed to the work of this grand event and to further strengthening Azerbaijan's international cooperation: "As the Ministry of Economy, we place importance on strengthening cooperation with entrepreneurs in this field. Throughout the year, several events and meetings with entrepreneurs have been held with the participation of the Minister of Economy. The Small and Medium Business Development Agency under the ministry is also quite active in this process. Regular discussions on various topics are organized with the participation of business and government representatives, important ideas and proposals are voiced, and steps are taken towards their implementation."
