Central Asian countries start buying clover seeds from Azerbaijan

In the first half of this year, Azerbaijan exported 303.1 tons of clover seeds (sowing black and three-leafed clover) for a total amount of $300,000.

According to the Report's calculations based on the data from the State Statistics Committee, this is 9.3 times more in value terms and 10.1 times more in quantitative terms compared to the same period last year.

During the reporting period, 154 tons of products worth $128,000 were sold to Uzbekistan, 110 tons to the amount of $116,000 to Kyrgyzstan, 17.1 tons (6.2% more compared to the same period last year) in the amount of $32,000 (+4.8%) to Georgia and 22 tons in the amount of $24,000 to Kazakhstan.

Supplies to Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan and Kazakhstan were made for the first time over 11 years in 2022.
