Azerbaijan-Uzbekistan trade reaches 13-year high

In the first half of this year, the value of trade turnover between Azerbaijan and Uzbekistan amounted to $91 million, which is 14% more than in the same period last year, Report informs referring to the State Statistics Committee.

This is the maximum figure for the first 6 months in at least the last 13 years.

During the reporting period, Azerbaijan imported products from Uzbekistan worth $77 million, which is 36.2% more than in the same period last year.

During the same period, Azerbaijan exported products to Uzbekistan worth $14 million, which is 40.5% less than in the same period last year.
