Azerbaijan to create equal pay and employment opportunities for women

Rules ensuring equal pay and non-discriminatory employment opportunities for women are planned to be implemented in Azerbaijan, Report informs.

This is reflected in the 2025 Roadmap for implementing improvements and communication in the relevant field related to the International Trade indicator of the World Bank Group's Business Ready report.

According to the document, the implementation of rules that expand credit and financial opportunities for women is also planned.
