Azerbaijan sees threefold surge in butter stockpile

In January-July 2025, Azerbaijan produced approximately 15,568 tons of butter, marking a 6.4% drop year-on-year, Report informs, citing the country's State Statistical Committee.

As of August 1, 2025, Azerbaijan had 197.7 tons of butter in stock, which is a 3.2-fold increase compared to a year ago.

Overall, the value of Azerbaijan’s food production exceeded 3.013 billion manats (over $1.77 billion) during the first seven months of 2025, marking a 10.6% increase compared to the same period last year.
