Azerbaijan sees 2.5-fold surge in pasta production

In the first half of 2025, Azerbaijan produced over 7,650 tons of pasta products, marking a 2.5-fold year-on-year increase, Report informs, citing the country’s State Statistical Committee.

As of July 1, 2025, the country has accumulated 107.6 tons of final product in stock.

During the first six months of 2025, the value of Azerbaijan’s foodstuff production amounted to 2.628 billion manats (just over $1.546 billion), representing a 12% increase compared to the same period last year.
