Azerbaijan’s corn imports to drops by 42% in volume

In January-July of 2025, Azerbaijan imported 36,924 tons of corn, valued at just under $14.07 million, Report informs, citing the country’s State Customs Committee.
Compared to the corresponding period in 2024, the imports decreased by 26,741 tons or 42% in volume and fell by $5.531 million or 28.2% in value.
During seven months, spending on corn imports accounted for 0.1% of Azerbaijan’s total import costs.
