Azerbaijan's bulgur imports down in 2023

In January-August 2023, Azerbaijan imported 948.4 tons (34% less year-on-year) of bulgur for $706,000 (32% less YoY), Report informs, citing the country’s State Statistics Committee.
During the reporting period, Azerbaijan imported 948.23 tons (-34%) of bulgur from Türkiye for $705,300 (-33%), 0.09 tons (+80%) from Germany for $340 (+89%), 0.03 tons from Italy for $160 and 0.05 tons from Russia for $80.
In 2022, 99.98% of the 2,000 tons of bulgur imported to Azerbaijan came from Türkiye.
