Azerbaijan reduces tea import and export

In January-August of this year, Azerbaijan imported 8,683 tons of tea worth $45,712,000, respectively, 850 tons (8.9%) and $2,492,000 (5.1%) from a year earlier, Report informs, referring to the State Customs Committee.
They are 850 tons (8.9%) less in terms of volume and $2,492,000 (5.1%) in terms of value compared to the same period last year.
During 8 months, Azerbaijan also exported 443 tons (-958 tons, or 68.3%) of tea worth $3,989,000 (-$4,522,000, or 53.1%).
Compared to the same period last year, they are 958 tons (68.3%) less in terms of volume and $4,522,000 (53.1%) in terms of value.
