Azerbaijan reduces meat imports by 10%

Between January and May of this year, Azerbaijan imported 19,935 tons of meat valued at $41.13 million, Report informs, citing the State Customs Committee.

According to Report, this marks a decrease of 2,242 tons (10.1%) in volume and $7.32 million (15.1%) in value compared to the same period last year.

Meat imports accounted for 0.4% of Azerbaijan's total import expenditures during the reporting period.
