Azerbaijan more than doubles its spending on butter imports

In January-February of this year, Azerbaijan imported 5,338 tons of butter and other milk-based oils worth $36,843,000.
Report informs, citing the State Customs Committee, that this is an increase of 2,370 tons (79.8%) and $21,287,000 (2.4 times) compared to the same period last year.
During the reporting period, the costs of importing butter and other milk-based oils accounted for 0.9% of Azerbaijan's total import expenditures.
