The Cabinet of Ministers of Azerbaijan has amended the "List of cases for granting subsoil use (except for precious and non-ferrous metals, including noble metals, precious stone deposits) through direct negotiations," which was approved by the Cabinet's decision dated May 10, 2019.

Report informs that Prime Minister Ali Asadov has signed a new decree in this regard.

According to the decree, the period for granting subsoil areas located in the liberated territories through direct negotiations has been extended by two more years until January 1, 2027.
