Azerbaijan establishes another $25-M venture fund

The SABAH.HUB Innovation Center’s startups have successfully attracted over $4 million from local and regional investors over the past two years, CEO of the center Rahim Bayramli said at Baku Investment Day (Baku ID), Report informs.
Bayramli noted that this funding is expected to increase by at least an additional $2 million within the next two days.
"This is a good start. But this is only the beginning of our journey,” the CEO added.
He proudly revealed the establishment of their own venture fund, valued at $25 million.
According to him, the SABAH.fund aims to elevate startup financing by focusing on investments in companies from the South Caucasus and Central Asia regions, both of which harbor significant global ambitions.
