Azerbaijan cuts cost of auto industry imports from Türkiye by nearly 18%

In January-November of 2024, Azerbaijan imported automobile industry products worth just over $83.64 million from Türkiye, 17.6% less year-on-year, Report informs, citing the Turkish Exporters Assembly.

In November alone, Türkiye exported $7.562 million worth of automobile industry products to Azerbaijan, which is 28.3% less than a year ago.

During the 11-month period, the total value of Türkiye’s automobile industry exports rose by 6% year-on-year to $33.732 billion. Meanwhile, in November 2024, the exports grew by 2.3% year-on-year and reached $3.241 billion.
