Azerbaijan and Kenya mull prospects for trade cooperation

Azerbaijan and Kenya are exploring opportunities for developing trade cooperation.

According to Report, citing the Kenya National Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KNCCI), a meeting took place on February 28 between KNCCI Chief Executive Officer Ahmed Farah and Azerbaijan’s Ambassador to Nairobi, Sultan Hajiyev.

During the talks, the parties discussed Azerbaijan's potential participation in the WCF Africa 2025 Summit: "Global Future of Africa", as well as prospects for trade collaboration between the two countries.

Farah invited Azerbaijan to take part in the event and expressed readiness to support the development of bilateral relations.

To strengthen the partnership, KNCCI proposed signing a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) in the future.
