Wheat prices hit 5-month high

Wheat hit a five-month high on fears of reduction in supplies from the Black Sea region. Wheat futures rose by almost 2.6% in Chicago reaching $7.7725 per barrel.
Report informs via Interfax that the price hike followed Russia's withdrawal from the grain deal and intensified on reports of attacks on infrastructure in Odesa, according to The Financial Times.
Russia and Ukraine accounts for almost 30% of global wheat supplies.
