Azerbaijan continues to prioritize agricultural sector development

The government of Azerbaijan and the Entrepreneurs Confederation have prepared a document aimed at the development of agriculture in the country, Assistant to the President of the Azerbaijan Entrepreneurs Confederation Farid Velizade said on February 13 at the Azerbaijani-Israeli Innovation Forum on Agriculture and Education, Report informs.

He noted that a special commission in the agriculture sector has also been created in Azerbaijan, which will strengthen the human resources potential for this area.

Regarding cooperation with Israel, Velizade noted that the possibility of signing a memorandum on holding a number of events in Israel and Azerbaijan, which will strengthen cooperation between the two countries, is being considered.
