US cancels pre-boarding COVID testing requirement

Starting June 12, air passengers will no longer need to get tested and show a COVID-19 test result or documentation of recovery from COVID-19 prior to boarding a flight to the United States, Report informs referring to the Facebook page of the US Embassy in Baku.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, noncitizen nonimmigrants are still required to show proof of vaccination against COVID-19 before boarding a flight to the United States, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
