Thailand cancels PCR tests for tourists

From April 1, Thailand will cancel the requirement for PCR tests for all tourists due to the improvement of the epidemiological situation in the country. Report informs, citing COVID-19 Situation Management Center in Thailand.
Also, from April 1, the quarantine period will be reduced from seven to five days. The rest of the entry conditions remain unchanged.
However, there are plans to further ease coronavirus restrictions from May 1. For example, the PCR test upon arrival will be replaced with an express (ATK) test.
In case of successful implementation of the program, from July 1, all restrictions related to the coronavirus are planned to be lifted.
