Cristiano Ronaldo has played the final FIFA World Cup match of his career.
According to Report, the 41-year-old forward's last appearance at the tournament came in the Round of 16, where Portugal suffered a 1-0 defeat to Spain.
Before facing Spain, Ronaldo announced that the 2026 FIFA World Cup would be the last World Cup of his career. However, he left open the question of whether he will continue playing for the Portuguese national team.
