Zourabichvili: 'I am leaving residence, taking legitimacy with me'

Salome Zourabichvili has decided to leave the Georgian presidential residence - the Orbeliani Palace, stating that she is taking legitimacy with her, Report informs via Georgian media.

Parallel to Zourabichvili's briefing at the state head's residence, the inauguration ceremony of Georgia's fifth president Mikheil Kavelashvili is taking place in the parliament building.

"I am leaving the residence and taking legitimacy with me. Where there are no people, there is no legitimacy. I will come out to you and be together with you," she stated at the briefing before gathered supporters.
