West of Türkiye hit by magnitude 4.5 quake

An earthquake measuring 4.5 in magnitude has occurred in Kutahya city in western Türkiye, Report informs referring to the Turkish Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD).
The tremors were recorded at 07:23 local time (GMT+3) in the Simav district in the west of the city.
The earthquake was located at a depth of 8.81 km.
There were no cases of casualties or damage.
