"Ukraine is different from Russia. It is important for us to communicate with the people," said Mykhaylo Podolyak, adviser to the president of Ukraine and head of the delegation for talks with Russia, Report informs.
"All citizens of Ukraine will comment on the steps to be taken. A referendum will be held on issues such as the future of Crimea. After that, a decision will be made. Manipulation should not be allowed," he said.
