Ukrainian delegation arrives in Istanbul for talks with Russia

The Ukrainian delegation has arrived in Istanbul for a new round of negotiations with the Russian side, Report informs, citing Ukrainian media sources.
The 14-member Ukrainian delegation is led by Defense Minister Rustem Umerov. The meeting between the two sides is scheduled to take place later in the afternoon.
The Russian delegation arrived in Istanbul on the evening prior. It is headed by Vladimir Medinsky, aide to the President of the Russian Federation.
Medinsky previously confirmed that Russia had received the Ukrainian-proposed version of a memorandum on the peaceful resolution of the conflict, submitted in both Ukrainian and English.
