President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy signed a decree imposing sanctions on 606 representatives of Russian authorities.
Report informs that the corresponding document was published on the website of the Ukrainian leader's office.
Zelenskyy approved the decision of the National Security and Defense Council, adopted on Wednesday. According to the President, the new sanctions list includes 28 members of the Russian Security Council, 154 members of the Federation Council and 424 State Duma deputies.
Kyiv has previously introduced restrictive measures against many representatives of the Russian leadership included in the new list, including during the previous president (2014-2019) Petro Poroshenko. By his decree, Zelenskyy made changes to the previous black lists, removing Russians included in the new list from them.
