A comprehensive and permanent peace agreement between Azerbaijan and Armenia is necessary in order to establish security and peace in the Caucasus, Turkish National Defense Minister Yasar Guler told local media, according to Report.
"We support sincere efforts in this direction and wish for a positive outcome as soon as possible," he said.
"As our President (Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan - ed.) has emphasized, the historical peace opportunity should be well evaluated. I consider Pashinyan's statements positive. I think that he has done the right thing for both his country and society and has a realistic approach," the minister stressed.
