Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan received Valentina Matviyenko, Speaker of the Federation Council of Russia, Report informs, citing the press service of the President of Türkiye.
Erdogan and Matviyenko met at the Dolmabahçe Palace in Istanbul.
