Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan left for Astana on Wednesday to attend the VI Summit of the Conference on Interaction and Confidence Building Measures in Asia.
Report informs via Anadolu that the plane with the Turkish leader on board took off from Ankara to Astana at 08.40 local time.
The head of state was seen off at the Esenboga International Airport by Ankara Governor Vasip Sahin and other authorized persons.
During his visit to Kazakhstan, President Erdogan is accompanied by Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu, Minister of Agriculture and Forestry Vahit Kirisci, Minister of Trade Mehmet Mus, Minister of Transport and Infrastructure Adil Karaismailoglu, Chief of the National Intelligence Organization Hakan Fidan, Head of the Defense Industry Department Ismail Demir, Presidential Communications Director Fahrettin Altun and Presidential Press Secretary Ibrahim Kalin.
