Turkish president calls on India and Pakistan

Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has called on India and Pakistan, Report informs.
Speaking after the government meeting, Erdogan stated that Türkiye wishes to see the tension between the parties resolved.
The president also said that Ankara is not interested in new conflicts, neither in its own region nor in other territories.
On April 22, a shooting occurred at the Line of Control in Jammu and Kashmir, India, resulting in the death of 26 tourists and injuries to about twenty more people. India assessed the incident as a terrorist attack and blamed Pakistan.
