Turkish official: Azerbaijan tries to normalize relations with Armenia

"After the liberation of its lands, Azerbaijan is trying to normalize relations with Armenia. We must unite our efforts to secure our future," Chairman of the Foreign Affairs Committee of the Turkish Grand National Assembly Akif Cagatay Kilic said at the 7th Trilateral Meeting of the Foreign Relations Committees of the Parliaments of Azerbaijan, Turkiye and Georgia in Shusha.
Akif Cagatay Kilic noted that parliaments and their representatives must work for a better future as representatives of their people.
"Turkiye supports Azerbaijan and believes that relations between Armenia and Azerbaijan will soon improve and lasting peace and stability will be established in the region," he added.
