Turkish helicopter makes hard landing in northern Iraq

A Turkish helicopter made a hard landing in the area of the Pence-Kilit anti-terrorist operation in northern Iraq, no one was injured, Turkiye's Ministry of National Defense said, Report informs, citing Anadolu.
"On September 4, 2022, at around 23.45, a Sikorsky-type helicopter was forced to make a hard landing for technical reasons in the Pence-Kilit operation zone. Seven of the 8 people on board were rescued. Their condition is satisfactory. The search for one continues," the ministry said.
