Turkey reports over 18,000 new COVID cases

Turkey has recorded 18,796 new coronavirus cases and 171 deaths in one day, Report informs referring to Anadolu Agency.

Some 23,242 more patients have recovered from the disease over the past day.

More than 121.8 million doses of the coronavirus vaccine have been administered as part of the mass vaccination campaign launched in Turkey on January 14.

According to the country’s Ministry of Health, over 56.54 million people received the first doses, and about 51 million citizens were fully vaccinated.
