A tripartite meeting of the foreign ministers of Georgia, Azerbaijan and Türkiye will take place in March of this year.
Report informs that this was announced during the meeting of Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan with his Georgian counterpart Ilya Darchiashvili in Ankara.
The parties also touched on the implementation of strategic transit and energy projects, and the transit potential of Georgia, Azerbaijan and Türkiye.
In this context, the importance of the implementation of the Baku-Tbilisi-Kars railway line and the Middle Corridor project was emphasized.
Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan discussed the latest situation in the South Caucasus with his Georgian counterpart Ilya Darchiashvili in Ankara today, Report informs.
"We have expressed our desire and position to restore stability and provide a constructive environment in the region in the near future," Fidan told a press conference held after the meeting of the ministers.
