Putin: Russia will create systems capable of overcoming any missile defense system

Attacks on tankers and oil infrastructure in the Gulf region will not destroy cooperation between Russia and Arab countries, including within the framework of the OPEC+deal. Report informs citing the TASS that  Russian President Vladimir Putin told in an interview with RT Arabic, Al Arabiya and Sky Nеws Arabia.

“We will work on such strike complexes, which, of course, will overcome any missile defense system,” he said.

According to Putin, Russia "will do it, now it is already obvious." He explained that missile defense systems work against ballistic missiles flying along a ballistic trajectory. According to him, Russia "in addition to improving them many times, also created other weapons that no one else has in the world."
