Russia's Peskov says ties with US 'can be restored'

Russian President Vladimir Putin's spokesman Dmitry Peskov has commented on the imposition of sanctions on US officials, Report informs, citing TASS.
"Sanctions against US President Joseph Biden do not mean we refuse to make contact. If necessary, our relations can be restored," he said.
The Kremlin spokesman added that the list of sanctions was agreed with Putin.
