Russia reports second case of 'Kraken' subvariant of COVID-19

Russia reported the second case of the new coronavirus subvariant, dubbed “Kraken,” the Ministry of Health said, Report informs via TASS.
The ministry said that this subvariant is unlikely to spread widely in the country.
Russia reported its first “kraken” case on January 12. The subvariant was found in Russia for the first time in the world.
