Russia reports 1,181 more coronavirus deaths

Over the past day, medical experts recorded 30,209 new cases of coronavirus infection in Russia, the country's Operational Headquarters said in a statement.

Report informs that the total number of registered cases in the country since the pandemic onset has reached 9,925,806.

To date, a total of 286,004 people died due to COVID-related health complications in Russia, including 1,181 deaths seen over the past day. The number of recoveries is 8,637,861, including 35,794 discharged from hospitals over the past day.

The number of active cases without clinical manifestations makes 2,247 (7.4%).
