Russia appoints new military attache to Armenia

Colonel Alexander Goryanov has been appointed as the new military attache at the Russian Embassy in Armenia, Report informs, citing the Armenian press.

Armenia's Defense Minister Suren Papikyan held a meeting with Russian Ambassador Sergey Kopyrkin. The diplomat presented the newly appointed military attache to the minister.

The parties also discussed bilateral cooperation and regional security issues.
