The danger of war will remain until Armenia and Azerbaijan sign a peace treaty, Vice Speaker of the Armenian Parliament Ruben Rubinyan told journalists, Report informs via Armenian media.
"The danger of war was yesterday, and it will be tomorrow. But there is no reason or ground for war," he said.
Rubinyan emphasized that "we are moving towards peace." "The text of the peace treaty has been agreed upon, it is waiting to be signed," he added.
